Oscar-winning instrumentalist A R Rahman has pipped added great Ilayaraja to win the 'Grassroot Grammy' held in the US. The 'Music of State' bagged the top award for the soundtrack in the Dravidian flick Godfather in the Person Asiatic Album collection at the Conscionable Undecorated Folks 2009 Penalization Awards held recently.
